Adult Learning Centre
New Westminster Schools operates a centre located inside the New Westminster Secondary School that supports the needs of adults. The Pearson Adult Learning Centre is open year-round, Monday to Thursday part time in the evenings, and full time in the mornings during the summer. We offer a variety of different courses, which include English foundations, Math Foundations, as well as academic upgrading in English and Math, and support for high school graduation and courses for post-secondary institutions. We help students achieve their educational goals through courses, and a community setting adapted to the capabilities of adult learners. We are located inside the office of the New Westminster Secondary School.
